The Way I See Things

Greetings!

From the title of my blog, some people (especially those who know me personally) would probably think I'm using this blog to twist what people say or to twist other people's arms... :-)

Well, I do like to twist my words a bit instead of going straight to the point... just for the fun of it.
But TWIST here is short for The Way I See Things...

Being someone who likes to observe things around me, and being involved in voluntary work; visiting homes of the less fortunate has really opened up my eyes to a lot of things. It has made me realise that the problems I thought I had all these while were not problems at all if compared to what others have to go through.

That's what I'd like to share with others through this blog. Since the NGO I'm involved in deals directly with HIV infected persons and their families, most of the stories I'm sharing here will be about them. I may however, include non-HIV related stories from time to time.

Hopefully I'll be able to come up with my first story soon...

Hi Pi,

The word twister, the arm twister and mind twister. Menari twist pun boleh ke included?? Duh! Pasal you I terus merapu..that's your effect on me.

Ok, ok, lets get serious here. Pi, I have told you how proud I am with your work with the HIV patients. I am so glad you are sharing your experiences and stories and plight of your HIV patients. This will help enlighten more of us, as to their trials and tribulations and perhaps open the hearts of more people to render appropriate help to alleviate their sufferings.

Keep it up and may God bless you insy.

Menari twist? That reminds me of one time when my friend asked me to tolong bukakan a small tin for her which she couldn't open... tin yang square tu with the instructions there "Insert coin in groove and twist". So I inserted a coin into the slot and menari twist. That left her squealing with laughter. She said "Hang ni betui-betui gila tau!!" Well, I did manage to open the cover...

OK, back to serious business (kena joke around jugak otherwise I'd go bonkers with all the sufferings that I see...).

Actually there are too many stories I'd like to share. I just hope I know how to put them into words...

Sabar ok... coming soon insyaAllah!
