That's the point to ponder... if it doesn't make any difference, then why cheaper than the rest? Supply greater than demand?
I don't mean to sound racist or anything but quite possibly in this particular area, the demand is rather low for darker skins. Notice how there's no Indian girl? I'm sure it's not for lack of any supply, but rather the lack of demand. The clients must prefer really light ones, hence the Russian rate. It would be different in mat salleh areas though bcoz to them, darker colours are exotic.
the answer is simple. malay girls are local, tak kena import duty...kihkihh...

I have the same thought, Pi - no mention of currency. The girls are probably charging their national rate which makes the Malay girls top value at RM180. That has to be it!
